为深入贯彻落实党的二十大和省第十二次党代会精神,推进优化升级Our province talent incentive policy,省委、省政府制定印发了《关于进一步激发人才活力支持人才创新创业的若干政策措施(3.0版)》,通过不断升级完善我省人才政策,全力营造识才爱才敬才用才的良好氛围,进一步集聚和培育优秀人才。
为了让更多杰出人才了解我省的惠才政策,今天我们邀请省人社厅副厅长黄明先生向大家进一步介绍相关情况。共同出席今天发布会的还有省科技厅副厅长、一级巡视员陈维友先生,省财政厅副厅长张志林先生,他们将共同回答大家感兴趣的问题,请各媒体对新闻发布会的内容给予充分关注和深入报道。

省委、省政府一直高度重视我省人才工作,省财政厅也始终把支持实施人才发展战略作为重中之重。特别是2018年我省人才18条发布以来,省财政厅不断加大资金投入力度,省级人才资金投入年平均增幅达7.35%, far exceeding the increase in public budget expenditure in the same period。同时,建立“快付直达”机制,通过细化资金预算,严格报批时限、简化审批程序等,确保财政资金及时有效发挥预期效果,加快政策落地见效。

新增项目:在站博士后科研资助,出站博士后科研启动资金,博士后创新创业大赛奖励,博士后大赛获奖项目成果转化奖励,“收入倍增”,技能大赛获奖选手留省就业奖励,引才平台经费补助,共7个。
